Duration: 1 year with extension
Years of experience: Must have 7 years of working experience after earning
highest degree of education.
. Kafka. Node.JS, Docker / Kubernetes / Mesos / CoreOS, AWS
. Rx and ICP framework and operator libraries, core execution engines, high
scale streaming data management, manageability and tooling, and system
optimization
. Experience with automotive and head unit preferred.
. Familiarity with test-and-learn approaches using web and customer
analytics data, understanding how these drive hypotheses-based development.
This position will focus on troubleshooting, service desk, and ticket
administration.
Specific requirements/skills for a successful candidate:
. 3 to 5 years of experience working in a service desk or ticket management
environment
. 3 to 5 years of experience in java development
. Strong Understanding of making Rest API calls
. Strong understanding MYSQL databases
. Strong troubleshooting skills
. Ability to individually drive a root cause analysis process
. Knowledge of the “service Center” a plus
. Knowledge of the ITIL process a plus
. Basic Java script, html and css is mandatory
