APM – Dynatrace Support Lead

Duration: 1 year contract with possible for extension

*        Utilize Dynatrace to monitor the real time performance of the
application and setup automated alerts to capture latency
*        Utilize strong team leader skills, taking initiatives and driving
the team to achieve goals and deadlines, build client interface and rapport
with different Client Base across multiple domains and have excellent
communication, documentation and analytical skills with attention to detail
*        Responsible for stakeholder communication, customer satisfaction,
quality service delivery as per SLA, timely completion of projects,
management of budget, cost and profitability
*        Oversee software application installation and configuration based on
change order instructions.
*        Oversee system monitoring and analysis to Client risks and
inadequacies, and provide recommendations

Required Experience:

*        10 years of experience in Software Development and Production
*        Strong digital environment experience
*        Experience with various monitoring tools like Dynatrace, Autopilot,
New Relic, Splunk, Site scope, BSM
*        Excellent exposure in Analysis, Designing and Coding as well as
support of production and environments Proactively monitoring of timely Key
deliverables and developing error free code, small enhancements
*        Complete understanding of Support & Development work (SDLC) using
Agile Methodology, for Service Request, Enhancements, Problem records for
permanent Fix, Root cause analysis, Change Implementation for production
within SL
