Role Scope / Deliverables:
• Serve as the system administrator for Element DR (Fusion Risk Management), the disaster recovery planning system used to centralize DR planning documentation.
• Work closely with vendor for hands-on training learn and/or enhance current skillset to support system administrative activities, enhancements, reports and dashboards, system workflows, training and ongoing maintenance requirements of the system
• Develop ‘how to’ documentation to support system administrative and change management activities, maintenance of training guided workflows, planning templates, reports and dashboards, and other artifacts to support the system
• Work with Fusion Risk Management vendor in managing system enhancements, automation, reporting, and dashboards
• Assist in the development of the DR Testing Policy, Guidelines, templates and training materials
• Distribute licenses to end users once Element DR Training is complete and troubleshoot any issues with onboarding into the system
Key Skills:
• Working knowledge of disaster recovery, tools, technologies, and solutions
• Basic knowledge of Fusion Risk Management, Salesforce and Conga templates or similar business continuity or disaster recovery planning system
