*        Loans background or loans accounting

Scope of work

*        Participate in the blueprinting process by assisting business users,
SMEs, PMs in the discussions with COTS vendor.
*        Document the discussions, main points, provide clarifications
subsequent to the meetings where necessary.
*        Help business users and SMEs agree on functionalities that can be
deferred or dropped and prioritize those that are considered critical.
*        Ensure the user stories and acceptance criterion adequately cover
the requirements provided and get the sign-off from the users
*        Develop backlogs of user stories with acceptance criterion for
solutions that are to be developed internally
*        Write test cases to cover all user stories and ensure they are
tested and signed off
*        Confirm the vendor has provided test cases for all user stories and
they adequately cover all scenarios
*        Test (SIT) the solutions provided/developed
*        Document issues and coordinate with the vendor or internal teams in
finding an appropriate solution.
*        Test reports developed/configured against requirements, identify
issues, if any, analyze the cause of such issues, raise relevant tickets
with external vendor, participate in meetings with Vendor to resolve the
issue, test the fix provided by Vendor.
*        Interface with business clients and share test results, and get
their approval to move the report/fix to production

SKILLS / EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

*        Must have atleast 7-10 years of experience, of which atleast 5 years
in the finance industry as a Business Analyst.
*        Strong experience in Loans domain is preferred.
*        Solid experience in having elicited and documented reporting
requirements in financial industry.
*        Develop business cases, requirements, use stories, test plans, test
strategies, and test cases
*        Identify business and functional requirements by working with
application end-users, and lead the collection, analysis, documentation, and
coordination of those requirements
*        Design and execute test cases for application development and
implementation projects

*        Knowledge of Bank loan products will be a significant plus

BA specific

*        Strong process analysis skills and ability to suggest improvements
for efficiency and effectiveness of solutions based on industry best
practices
*        Knowledge of Agile framework is mandatory. Having worked on ADO will
be a big plus.
*        Proven conceptual, analytical, and judgmental skills
*        Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to
communicate well with all levels, technical as well as non-technical
stakeholders
*        Ability to work directly with clients and management without
supervision and to facilitate and navigate discussions with stakeholders to
ensure clarity, prioritization, and consensus
