Contract Duration: 6+ months
Java Engineer – must have JVM Performance Tuning experience
A good candidate should have 5+ year experience working independently on
production Java based platform and are familiar with the Spring Framework.
Here are the qualifications we are looking for:
* Familiar with JDK 8 JVM performance tuning. Knowing and experience
with JDK 11 a plus.
* Familiar with Java profiling tools such as JProfiler, VisualVM, JFR,
etc
* Experience with Spring Framework and Spring Boot and worked on SAAS
application
* Knowledge with Maven, GIT, RESTful services, Tomcat, and
asynchronous messaging system such as Kafka
* Experience with software platform monitoring tool AppDynamics or
similar is a plus
* Knowledge of any relational DB, NoSQL DB (MongoDB), and cache system
such as Memcached
* Productive on Unix/Linux environment. Experience with Kubernetes is
a plus
