PROJECT DESCRIPTION:
This role will serve in a critical role to support the numerous facets related to organizational change. Client will be retiring its legacy HR system and moving to Workday. This change will be significant to the client and affects every employee. This role supports the Project OCM (Organizational Change Management) Lead, who is ultimately responsible for promoting understanding, gaining acceptance, managing change-related risk, and ensuring the realization of anticipated business benefits in the overall project timeframe. This supporting role requires critical thinking, organizational skills, communication skills, and a high level of customer service.

To ensure success, this role will partner closely with the Project OCM Lead in the area of organizational change management. The three major areas of the OCM leadership team will be:

1. Development of training materials, including instructional documents, video demo recordings, and presentation content
2. Delivery of deep-dive training for Human Resource staff and broad end-user training for State of Maine employees
3. Clear and timely communications focused on the organizational change

Duties and Responsibilities:
• Creation of training materials, such as PowerPoint presentations, instructional documents, recorded video demonstration, and email communications
• Facilitation of meetings via Zoom or Microsoft Teams
• Attendance of meetings as a representative of the OCM team
• Tracking and maintenance of OCM work tickets in JIRA project management software
• Collaboration with OCM Lead on the scheduling and completion of requirements gathering, training, and communication tasks
• Liaising with business stakeholders to provide project updates, facilitate demos, or identify areas that require further training
• Assistance with development of Change Leader network and Super Users of Workday system
• Support of OCM efforts to monitor and document business readiness, identifying risks and developing mitigation strategies to ensure adherence to the project timeline
• Experience developing communication and training content, particularly presentations, surveys, and video recordings
• Highly organized with the ability to prioritize tasks and resolve roadblocks to meet deadlines without sacrificing standards of excellence
• Exceptional attention to detail; strong customer-service orientation; effective meeting management
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills, especially Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Visio; proficiency in SharePoint; proficiency in Survey Monkey
• Creative and independent, accustomed to collaborating with a fast-paced team
• Strong organization and writing skills, experience developing graphic representations of business and project processes
• Passionate, energetic and enthusiastic about managing change
